I am a former newspaper photographer, photo editor, commercial photographer and graphic designer, retired since 2007. I am now working to sell my photos as fine art prints.

I worked for newspapers in Florida and Kentucky during the 1970s and '80s. After moving to Chicago in 1984, I began working as a commerical freelance photographer with clients that included corporations, hospitals and universities.

In the mid 1990's I got some training in computer graphic design and worked for a State of Illinois agency from 1997 to 2007.

My work is for sale at photojimwright.com. Fine prints are available on this site, at jim-wright.artistwebsites.com and at Lemon Street Gallery of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
